Sub-processors
The external providers Certivo engages to deliver the Services. This page lists the infrastructure sub-processors in active use today, and — transparently — the service-provider categories the platform is built to use but has not yet engaged for production.

Each active sub-processor is engaged under data-protection terms consistent with our Data Processing Addendum, and Certivo remains responsible for the tasks it delegates to them.
Service providers not yet engaged
The platform is designed to integrate the specialist providers below through reviewed, swappable adapters. They are not engaged for production processing and currently run in sandbox mode only, so no live personal data is transmitted to them. Any provider is added to the active list above, with advance notice, before it processes real customer data.

Change notifications
We provide advance notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor that handles personal data, giving customers an opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds. To subscribe to change notifications, email privacy@certivo.uk with the subject line "Sub-processor updates".
