Certivo has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our relationships.

Certivo is an early-stage B2B software company providing a compliance and certification-management platform. We are not, at our current size, subject to a statutory modern-slavery reporting obligation. We publish this statement voluntarily because we believe the commitment matters at every size, and we will formalise it further as the business grows.

Our supply chain is small and predominantly comprises reputable cloud-infrastructure and software vendors operating in jurisdictions with established labour protections. The nature of our operations — a digital product delivered by a professional team — places us at comparatively low inherent risk of modern slavery, but we do not treat any risk as zero.

• We favour established, reputable suppliers and expect them to uphold equivalent standards.
• We pay our people and contractors fairly and lawfully, and do not use unlawful labour practices.
• We are prepared to cease dealing with any supplier found to be involved in modern slavery.
• As we grow, we will introduce proportionate supplier due-diligence and staff awareness measures.

Anyone with a concern about modern slavery connected to Certivo can report it in confidence to management@certivo.uk or through our Complaints process. Concerns are taken seriously and investigated.

We review this statement periodically and will update it to reflect changes in our business, supply chain, and legal obligations as we scale.
